Establishment
Mr. C. K. Jacob established the company in the year 1989 with a dynamic team of 15 committed personalities having 15 years of experience. He performed in-depth study over the market and customer relation based services. Since the inception, we strive hard to achieve the entire trust of customers and through our hard work and commitment to quality of products and services, today we have become popular as one of the most reputed Facility Management Service Providers amongst our customers.

By 2010 we are forced to increase our manpower to the tune of double (approx.1200)
At least 15 new maintenance services for the booming IT industry people and international based corporate are added to our list
Corporate other than based Chennai like Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi are targeted to be handled direct system approach which helps both easy formalities faster decisions and strong relationship
Manpower supply being the need of the hour, we are preparing separate wing for personnel force, training and that will be an added value in our FMS concept and comforts our customers
